FAQs
All Pleasant Pet Mobile Vet frequently asked questions and answers!
1. How much does it cost for you to come to my house?
The traveling to your home, fuel charge, nose to tail comprehensive physical exam of the patient and addressing any questions/concerns is all included in the $125 house call visit charge. * This price may vary depending if extended travel is needed.
2. What if I have more than one pet?
That’s great! We can easily see all of your pets at one visit if you can let us know ahead of time to schedule appropriately. Each additional pet is $46 and they will get their own comprehensive examination and tailored recommendations.
3. What should I do before you arrive?
Provide the gate code or any special instructions to reach your home. Also, please have your pet in a confined but easily accessible area that allows me to perform an exam and get diagnostic samples safely. This can include a family room, kitchen, covered porch, office, guest room etc.
4. What type of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Full payment is due at the time services are provided.
We Honor the Pet Assure Card!
5. Why do I do if my pet is having an emergency?
I want what is best for your pet and time is important with emergencies so I urge you quickly locate the closest Veterinary ER to receive the appropriate care.
